FESP provided project management services for construction of the new high specification 116 bed nursing home for Bartra Capital Property.
The building was designed to comply with the HSE standards and consisted of 116 ensuite bedrooms spread over two levels.
The project included extensive site works and due to the lack of mains drainage capacity in the area included a 2km temporary foul rising, which was constructed across lands under the ownership of multiple third parties.
