FESP are currently providing project management services for the construction of the new Citi Bank EMEA HQ for Ronan Group Real Estate.
The 300,000 sq ft NIA office development consists of 8 floors of office over a 3 level basement. The building is being design to achieve a LEED Platinum rating, along with WELL and Wiredscore Platinum. The project is expected to be completed in Q4 2026.
