Paul is a director of FESP with responsibility for overall project delivery and cost management. He has extensive experience delivering successful project roll outs across a variety of sectors including life sciences, commercial, manufacturing, retail, hotel & leisure, healthcare and pharmaceutical.
Paul’s wide-ranging experience covers not only projects within the Irish market, but he also has in-depth experience in the delivery of high-profile international projects within the EMEA region. He is proficient at managing the pre-construction and overall delivery process for complex projects, with particular expertise in all aspects of commercial, cost, mission critical & value management.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (Hons) in Construction Management and has over 25 years’ experience within the construction industry.
