Kevin is the CEO of FESP and is responsible for overall company strategy and direction. He joined FESP in 1996 and quickly became an integral member of the management team responsible for the successful development and growth of the company. He was appointed as Managing Director in 2010 where he successfully oversaw all company objectives in terms of projects delivery, client interface, team & markets expansion. Kevin holds a first-class honours degree in Construction Management.
Kevin has over 30 years industry experience working on a vast array of projects in the commercial, industrial, hospitality, residential, retail, healthcare and life sciences sectors. Kevin has been responsible for the successful delivery of projects ranging in value from several million to multibillion Euro developments in locations within Ireland, UK, Europe, North Africa and the USA, utilising traditional, design build, management, ePCM, and turn-key forms of contract.
Kevin has proven track record and industry reputation in successful project delivery, value management, target value delivery, fast-track projects, distressed projects recovery, integrated project delivery and all to highest standards of safety and quality.
