Eoghan is the Managing Director of FESP. He holds a BSc. (Hons) in Construction Management from WIT and a Diploma in Construction Law from the Law Society of Ireland. Eoghan has over 25 years’ experience working in the retail, commercial, leisure, office fit-out, residential sectors on projects varying in values up to €500m.
Eoghan brings particular expertise in planning and development management with national and international experience in property development, lease negotiations, tenant interface management, investment and construction. He has strong leadership and communication skills with a successful track record in driving project delivery to tight deadlines.
