Brian is an Associate Director in FESP having joined in 2015. He holds an Engineering and Management Science Degree from Trinity College Dublin.
Brian has over 15 years of experience in Project Management, delivering high value complex projects across a wide range of industries including commercial, residential, leisure, pharmaceutical and mining. He has experience working in Australia, the Netherlands as well as Ireland.
Brian is a strategic thinker and effective communicator who drives teams toward clear goals focusing on scope, time, and budget while adapting to changing priorities. He is skilled in planning, risk management, project controls and stakeholder management. He focuses on strong organisation and attention to detail to foster collaboration across diverse teams ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and deliverables meet quality, safety and Client standards.
